2. Eligibility

• Internship applicants: Minimum 16 years old
• Clients: Must be 18+ or authorized representatives
• Interns: Basic IT knowledge preferred

3. Internship Terms

• All internships are paid and fees are non-refundable once started
• Duration: 1–3 months depending on module
• Benefits include live projects, mentorship, soft-skills training, and certificate
• Disqualification applies for misconduct, plagiarism, or non-participation

4. Service Engagement

• Scope, deliverables & timelines agreed in writing
• 30%–50% advance required before work begins
• Client delays may extend project delivery

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, code & deliverables remain Teknowxa’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payments & Fees

• Payments must be made via authorized channels
• All charges are subject to applicable taxes
• Late payment may cause delays or cancellation

7. Confidentiality

All client and training information is confidential and cannot be disclosed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, third-party issues, or indirect damages caused by force majeure or technical limitations.

9. Code of Conduct

• Professionalism and respect are expected
• Unethical or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
• Clear communication and timely updates are required

10. Termination

• Services/internships may be terminated for misconduct or non-payment
• Clients may terminate with 7-day written notice (no refund for completed work)

11. Refund & Cancellation

• No refund for internships once started
• Partial refund may be considered if Teknowxa fails to deliver agreed milestones
• All requests must be made in writing
